How WarmDock handles your data

WarmDock stores the minimum account data needed to sign you in and sync your tasks, settings, points, streak, and unlock progress.

Sign-in data

You can sign in with Google OAuth or email one-time passcodes. Authentication is handled by Supabase. WarmDock receives your user id and email address so your account can be recognized across devices.

Product data

We store the tasks you create, completion history, settings, wallet points, streak state, unlock progress, and account deletion status. Local browser caches may keep recent app data so WarmDock can recover from short offline periods.

Deletion

If you delete your account, sync stops and you are signed out. Your cloud data and local caches are permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. Signing in again during that window recovers the account.

Age

WarmDock is for people age 13 and older. Do not use WarmDock if you are under 13.
